They’re a terrestrial species and will appreciate a decent depth of substrate, a hide and plenty of opportunity to burrow and web. Keep them around 22–28°C, with humidity around 60–70%. A slightly moist area of substrate, along with a water dish and good ventilation, will keep them happy.
They can be a little quick and skittish when disturbed and may flick urticating hairs, but are generally a great little species to keep.
A lovely choice if you’re looking for something colourful, active and a little different.
